David Solomon - CEO & Co-Founder
With more than a decade of experience in the branded apparel and promotional products
businesses, Mr. Solomon possesses a dual expertise in manufacturing operations and
fulfillment distribution logistics. He is responsible for OrangeHalo's fulfillment business
division, including systems design and implementation, supply chain operations and
program architecture, as well as the company's marketing and branding initiatives. David
received his bachelor of business administration from the Roberto Goizueta School of
Business at Emory University.
Paul Watson - Managing Director
Paul brings a strong entrepreneurial and environmental
background to OrangeHalo. He has several years experience working in all facets of
the promotional products industry, most recently as VP of Production and Logistics
for his last company. As Managing Director of OrangeHalo, Paul is responsible for the
management of our production operations, oversight of our community outreach efforts,
and development of our strategic sales initiatives.

Rich joined Orange Halo after a very successful career in promotional printing and packaging.
He was a primary supplier to companies such as Coca-Cola, Intel, Microsoft, Pepsi, Siemens
and dozens of other major corporations as well as having a hand in assisting smaller emerging
growth companies help achieve their branding and promotional goals. He can definitely help
develop customized solutions to fill your branding and promotional needs. He operates under
the job title of " problem solver " because his goal is to simply make your life easier.
